Standort, Home-Office Möglichkeit, offen für Teilzeit Arbeitskräfte, das Unternehmen ist im Wachstum- man hat sehr viel Möglichkeiten mitzugestalten. Es ist wirklich schön in der aktuellen Zeit in einem Unternehmen zu Arbeiten das im Wachstum ist.
Generell ist man bemüht, sich in allen oben genannten Punkten zu entwickeln und es sind Fortschritte sichtbar. Weiters ist die Kommunikation mit meinen Vorgesetzten sehr offen und ehrlich. Herausforderungen werden proaktiv angegangen.
Ich arbeite seit 6,5 Jahren bei AOP L-AT und fühle mich hier sehr wertgeschätzt….was sicher auch an meinem Vorgesetzten liegt…ich möchte hier nicht mehr weg :)
Die Cafeteria ist super praktisch, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Mikrowellen und der Möglichkeit, selbst zu kochen.

Rapid growth has put significant strain on internal structures and weakened collaboration between departments. From a management perspective, this impact was not addressed early enough and is now becoming increasingly visible across the organization.
The situation is further complicated by the introduction of new leaders who aim to fundamentally reshape existing ways of working without fully understanding established processes or the company’s internal culture. As a result, previously stable structures have been destabilized, affecting efficiency, alignment, and overall morale.

Planlosigkeit. Keine Strategie. Motivationslosigkeit. Keine Struktur. Welche durch die DACH Führungsriege weitergegeben wird. Dies spiegelt dich in einem massiven Fehlverhalten in Bezug auf Menschlichkeit und Umsetzung wieder.
Viele gute kununu Bewertungen kommen von die ganz neuen, die gepuscht sind Bewertung zu schreiben. HR war auch meistens sehr unkompetent, besonders mit der neue Einstufung system.
Fehlende Transparenz. Ständige Veränderung hinsichtlich Anforderungen und Ziele. Das Gefühl machtlos zu sein. Der Druck von oben.

Entscheidungen treffen und anschließende Kommunikation mit realistischen timelines könnten verbessert werden. Sozialleistungen könnten besser sein. Als Bsp der 24. und 31. Dezember könnten arbeitsfreie Tage werden.

Die Cross-Funktionale Zusammenarbeit sollte noch weiter gefördert werden und ein wenig mehr "Wir" Gefühl vermittelt werden. Auch generell mehr Transparenz

Not common to switch departments. You are seen as what you start with. No option to keep your data up to date at HR, no development plans. Line managers too overwhelmed by the high work load to take an interest and not familiar with developing their people.
No clear carreer paths are available, even if you manage to agree with your line manager on the next carreer steps it is kind of a lottery if this holds in front of the upper management.
