Very nice tech company
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I've been with the company for a couple of years now as a software engineer, and the days I did not enjoy working are very rare. Our office feels more like a nice cafe than an actual office, and people are usually very relaxed in this atmosphere.
I always feel appreciated, regardless of where my counterpart sits in the hierarchy.
Kommunikation
Communication among colleagues is very good. However, due to the size of the company and its increasingly American‑influenced corporate culture, communication issues arise from time to time. The C‑level often struggles to come across as authentic, although there are some welcome exceptions.

At least on my flight level excellent.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working hours and part time are possible. It's usually no problem to take a break, go for a run, and continue working later. Overtime is rarely required. Last year on-call has been introduced due to dynatrace becoming increasingly critical for our customers, but this is voluntary. And paid (of course).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is generally an open‑door mentality. Employee concerns are taken seriously, and in most cases a suitable solution is found.
Higher up in the hierarchy, decisions—especially organizational changes—are sometimes communicated less effectively. However, the intent is generally positive, and efforts to improve transparency are noticeable.
Interessante Aufgaben
I have not been bored one single day since I joined dynatrace. Since Dynatrace needs to stay at the forefront of technological innovation—and consistently does—you get to work with the latest technologies at all times.
Gleichberechtigung
I really can't say much about that. Like typical for the software industry, there are more men than women.

I think they are fine.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I have already mentioned the very nice offices. As a software developer you can choose your own device (win, linux, mac).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There are some environmental initiatives like a garbage collection day etc... Honestly that's not that important for me for an employer.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is above industry standard. Benefits and perks have been better in the past, but are still at a very high level.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
It's not a problem to dedicate some hours per week to further education (innovation friday)
