1) Buzz words are overused. Absolutely ridiculous position names.
2) Foreigners beware: discrimination and disregard is there and is prevalent, but not open - in career, salaries, and decision making.
3) Ambiguous, nontransparent job offers and recruitment process, you might end up doing something different than expected.
4) The management hierarchy is no longer flat.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They keep preaching a "one big family" company model, which works only on paper.
Kommunikation
Internal communication is a COMPLETE disaster.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Not much cohesion between natives and foreigners.
Work-Life-Balance
You work 40.8 hr a week. Overtime has to be observed and worked. Flat rate is included in every salary.
