From yay to nay
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Basically everything that made dynatrace a great place to work is being destroyed at the moment and it slowly turns into a corporation you see in the movies, where people hate to go to work and are happy when they can leave after 8 hours.

Put better people in the right positions, start working as a team , treat us with respect again.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In a free fall. Benefits are removed and budgets are cut everywhere, while we are making more and more money. Restructuring was completely misguided, decisions make no sense, quality of work in some areas is extremely low, leading to frustration.
Kommunikation
Extremely bad. There was even a questionaire and the "outcome" was, that they need to explain the decisions better. The real answer would have been that they need to make better decisions. Communication in the upper austria syncs is condescending and they talk like we are babies (even telling stories on how they teach their children certain things)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Inside your team: depends, but mostly great, but i heard of teams who fight a lot. Across teams: some teams hate to take responsibility/ownership and you have to force them to even lift a finger, leading to a lot of frustration.
Work-Life-Balance
can't say anything bad here. you have a lot of freedom here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
C-Level and upper management have lost all connection to what is going on in the company and how we work. Many teams work really great, many don't. Instead of fixing those teams that don't work well, they try company wide restructurings that make no sense, leading to a lot of frustration.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is too small and even with the opening of the new part of the building there will be a lot of restrictions. You have to book daily, fixed desks only exist unofficially and they are actively pushing us to stay at home, to save money
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
It has been years and they still have not fixed the issue that the light is turned on in many rooms in the morning unnecessarily. We are sponsoring an F1 team (obviously very green) and we have stickers in the bathrooms to turn off the sinks to save water.
Gehalt/Benefits
pay is not bad, but even with record earnings, we don't even get raises that cover the inflation. RSUs were also cut.

Internally: absolutely bad. Externally: The colorful Instagram posts seem to work.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Conferences are basically dead, since there is no budget for it (or drained by workshops and other things). Career: you'll hit a ceiling and then it is basically impossible to get any higher if you are not well connected. If you know the right people promotions just magically happen with a cadence that is not reachable if the rules would be followed.
