Work culture, everyone is super nice and open! We also have lots of events and those are always fun.

Everyone is super kind, helpful and I can always ask any question even if it‘s not related to what I‘m directly working with.
Kommunikation
Everyone is available either on Slack or in office. Whether it‘s another fellow intern or a director from another department, you can just approach and talk to them. Everyone‘s been super nice so far.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Can‘t imagine it to be better. Most people (upon joining Dynatrace) are assigned a mentor who will be your primary spokesperson. If I run into any issues while coding for example, my mentor will come to my place and help me solve the problem. Or if there are any other organizational questions, I can always reach out to anyone.
People also take time to have a coffee with you if you want to connect or ask any questions. I reached out to multiple colleagues working on different roles and everyone immediately offered to meet up and help.
Work-Life-Balance
Nobody questions you taking an early leave for personal appointments or if you want to work from home.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very flat hierarchy, managers are very supportive and help you develop professionally and personally.
Interessante Aufgaben
Hands-on training sessions with professionals and small projects. I also got the freedom to decide on some specifics of the project so it wasn‘t just „here‘s your task, do it“. Collaboration is very present which is very nice!
The tasks are also quite challenging with a lot of new things to learn, so that‘s nice as well!

We don‘t have as many old colleagues but the ones we have are funny and we like to laugh together during breaks
Arbeitsbedingungen
Pretty office with a beautiful view, free drinks and snacks, standing-desk, wellness days, etc.
We also have a gaming room and a Nintendo Switch so it‘s really nice you can just play some Mario Kart during breaks.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Dynatrace puts a lot of effort in inclusivity, we have groups for LGBTQ+, women, etc.
Environmentally I‘m not really sure to be honest! Nothing that stuck out to me so far.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary for an intern position is very good, Dynatrace is known to pay quite well compared to other companies in Austria.

Very polished I would say, I‘ve only heard good things about Dynatrace even before joining. Can only confirm!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We have different programs for employees to develop themselves (Udemy courses, certificates etc.) and there are also internal programs for changing career paths, if someone for instance wants to take on a management role.
