Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Don't be swayed by the carefully crafted external image. Once inside you'll find an environment riddled with office politics and performative culture that you expect for a company of this size.

Departures are a leading indicator of a company's culture. Here, it’s not uncommon for colleagues to leave abruptly, with minimal acknowledgment from the company. A pattern that shouldn't exist if the company truly lived the values it claims to uphold. This lack of authentic care for the employees is especially disappointing coming from an organization that bills itself "best place to work".

Rapid growth has created significant internal challenges. Decisions are often driven by tenure rather than by experience, creating unnecessary friction. As a result, seasoned professionals are slowed down by inflated egos and forced to deal with unnecessary noise, rather than being empowered to focus on meaningful work and solving real business problems.

This is compounded by a flawed approach to people management. High performing IC's are given people management tasks. However, many lack the necessary mindset shift, continuing to focus on their own output rather than enabling others to succeed. As a result, teams suffer from micromanagement and lack of support, rather than strong leadership.

In general there's a focus on optics. Genuine collaboration, innovation, and accountability are consistently pushed aside in favor of internal posturing.

As such, the environment tends to be very toxic to anyone who actually wants to do meaningful (team)work and grow.
