Best employer to imagine for me. As I’ve worked in other job fields already, it’s after two years, still extraordinary what you get from the company. Still, at the end of the day, it’s a work place where work needs to be done. I can’t imagine that you find such nice workplaces on an easy way. All the amenities, from breakfast, good coffee to after work offers to lunch contribution, wellness days (so all together nearly a 6th week of paid time off in a year), the Klimaticket AT are the cherry on the cake. Looking forward to seeing the offices fuller with the new work models which are still offering 3/5 days home office opportunities, which - also compared to other fields - is amazing. I’m really happy to work with Dynatrace!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Fast growths brings growing aches with it - I see managers loosing their connections to team members and would love to see team captains being able to take over more responsibility with transparency, not as an ad-on role, but as that what it is - hard work on interpersonal scales — cross office, cross regional and essential for Dynatracers well-being in teams.
Kommunikation
Could be more transparent, but as global company, there has to be alignment in communication of course that also takes time.
