Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The offices are nice. Interesting challenges exist.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Change in work from home model. Everyone is now required to come to the office at least twice a week, on days dictated by the company.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Don't just try to have the image of the cool company, also implement it. Especially in regards to how employees are treated. The internal process for getting pretty much anything done is way over the top. Too much bureaucracy.

Kommunikation

Depends on the department. The inter department communication is not great though.

Work-Life-Balance

The switch in the remote model to force more employees in the office is reducing the overall Work-Life-Balance by quite a bit.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is not the best; They pay below industry standard; Highly depended on your manager though
