Work-Life-Balance
Recent work model changes have upset some, but I personally don't find them worth mentioning (1 to 2 days in the office per week). Only the fixed table from 4 days per week in the office is a bit meh.

Salary is currently between ok and good due to inflation but will hopefully be fixed with the next salary adjustment.
