I think it’s fair to say that Dynatrace has one of the most stunning facilities in Vienna (Icon tower - 22nd floor). There are regular internal as well as external meetups going on for knowledge sharing and exchange. There is a big focus on our welfare. Ergonomic tables, the latest equipment, etc. are obvious. If you have a chance join one of the meetups and check yourself

In the lab 5-stars. Overall could be improved a little better, but there is a huge focus and ambition to do so.

Afterwork sessions, biking, bouldering, etc. together - COUDN’T BE BETTER!!
Work-Life-Balance
Very individual, but there is a big focus on it. My lead is always stressing the importance I keep an eye on the W-L-B. I love the introduced Wellness-Days (4 days additionally free for all Dynatrace employees). There is also free mental health support, which I highly appreciate.

Highly appreciate and value my lead. He is super inspiring, and I learn so much. On the other hand, he is pushing me to the edge of my comfort zone which keeps me evolving and fast developing.
