Once a great company, but sadly declining rapidly

for a few years it was great. Unfortunately declining every year and reaching now a point where people are looking to leave the company
Work-Life-Balance
There are so much uncoordinated changes and in order to keep a little bit pace with all that you have to sacrifice a lot of your free time for that. During the normal working hours there is no chance to follow up on all those changes
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There doesn’t seem to be much opportunity if you are a long-standing employee
Gehalt/Benefits
New joiners seem to be getting everything, while those who helped build this company and make it successful are more or less expected to be satisfied with the crumbs
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are still colleagues from the past who stick to each other and help each other. That was for me the best part of this company. Unfortunately the number of those people is declining
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Direct managers are great. Everyone above them is completely decupled from the base and just taking care of their own interest
Arbeitsbedingungen
This is good but it cannot compensate the falling working culture
Kommunikation
getting worse and worse. Too many new managers/directors/VP and their main concern is their self promotion

There are many if one would have time for them
