Your Tasks

• Define and implement group-wide standards for data cataloguing, metadata management, and data governance policies
• Support teams in populating the data catalogue and ensure alignment/interoperability across entities
• Develop and operationalize a Data Quality Management framework: define rules, KPIs, reporting, and support remediation of critical issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; embed data-driven culture and strengthen data ownership
• Act as a trusted partner to business and data leaders; facilitate cross-entity collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Support rollout of governance initiatives, training, and communications

Your Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields
• Expertise in Data Cataloguing, Data Quality, Standards & Policy Development, or Business Data Engagement
• Understanding of data management principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); experience in large, decentralized organizations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business value
• Preferred: DAMA certification (CDMP), experience with enterprise data management tools (ERWIN, Ataccama), knowledge of Regulations
