As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will orchestrate end-to-end campaign content delivery across channels, ensuring seamless coordination between global and local teams. You will act as a content production coordinator and advisor, helping affiliates achieve their goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end orchestration of campaign and content delivery across all channels.
• Facilitate communication between global and local teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to revise digital campaign content.
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the affiliate network.
• Support affiliates with content demand planning and strategic alignment.
• Collect and report insights on localization progress to the global brand team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content production, project management, or digital campaign management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation.
• Experience working with the Australian market.
• Familiarity with the Life Science industry and regulatory concepts is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
