The Position
In this role, you will plan and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. You will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures, configure system settings, create specifications, and design automated system details. You may provide user consultation and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
The Opportunity
- Lead domestic and international orders for the diagnostics operations division, including SAP system execution, monitoring, and resolution of open orders.
- Ensure on-time and in-full supply of products from supply plan handover to final delivery.
- Coordinate with commercial operations, inventory control, planning, and shipping departments.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Agents to resolve complex order issues and implement process improvements.
- Assist in identifying and developing continuous operational improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, international regulations, and Roche Global Supply Chain Standards.
- Process incoming complaints accurately and in a timely manner.
Who You Are
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of equivalent experience in business-to-business customer support and software for ordering, inventory management, invoicing, or delivery (SAP preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Technical proficiency with SAP SD and software applications such as Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software functions and perform tasks with minimal direction.
- Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills with cultural awareness.
- Capacity to manage change and maintain technical accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
