How you create impact
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Expand the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting activities and collaboration with the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing consultative support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
- Lead complex insurance proposals and negotiations, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of insurance solutions.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality sales pipeline data, CRM accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.
- Support the development of the sales team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and regular performance discussions.
- Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
What we would like you to bring
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
- Experience and knowledge of Credit Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience working with logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding clients is a plus.
