Business Process Specialist (Diagnostics Division)
At Roche, we are dedicated to advancing science and ensuring global access to healthcare. We are looking for a Business Process Specialist to provide seamless operational support for our Diagnostics division in Ukraine, acting as a key integrator between sales, service, regulatory, marketing, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document flow and contract administration between Roche Diagnostics Poland and healthcare institutions.
- Execute customer onboarding, including document collection, account setup, and training coordination.
- Optimize processes by drafting SOPs, driving digital transformation, and performing internal audits.
- Coordinate promotional materials in compliance with Ukrainian advertising laws and internal policies.
- Manage the logistics of service tools, including inventory tracking and courier coordination.
- Support hotline operations and facilitate the registration and resolution of customer complaints.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, process, or service roles within healthcare, pharma, IVD, FMCG, logistics, or telecom.
- Proficiency in managing contracts, document flows, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of QMS principles, compliance, and healthcare promotion regulations.
- Fluent in Ukrainian with at least Pre-Intermediate (A2) English skills.
- Strong soft skills including attention to detail, service mindset, and effective time management.
