Global Medical Affairs Leader, Oncology Assays
Join the CDMA team at Roche Diagnostics to lead global medical strategies for cervical cancer screening solutions. This role focuses on evidence generation, medical communications, and building partnerships with global thought leaders to advance public health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global medical strategies, including advisory boards and scientific symposia.
- Drive evidence-based screening adoption, including HPV testing and self-sampling.
- Build partnerships with medical and patient communities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Create and deliver scientific content for publications and congress presentations.
- Collaborate across functions and regions to foster a culture of belonging and innovation.
- Act as a coach and mentor while maintaining high standards of integrity and patient-centricity.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD and/or PhD) with 8+ years of industry experience in medical affairs or clinical development.
- Deep expertise in cervical cancer screening practices and healthcare ecosystems.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of strategic decision-making and leading programs in a global, cross-cultural matrix.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in the diagnostics and biopharma industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally or internationally.
