Deine Aufgaben
In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with gaming operators and partners, contributing to account management, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Working closely with our sales, technical, and product teams, you will help manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure our partners receive the support they need to succeed.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key gaming operators and casino partners throughout their entire lifecycle
- Understand customer business needs, market challenges, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions, integrations, and deployments tailored to client requirements
- Monitor account health, track contract performance, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to C-level executives
- Support customer onboarding, implementation timelines, and go-live processes
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain strong service quality standards
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, manage account budgets, and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to build and maintain market presence
Dein Profil
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, business development or customer support within the iGaming, B2B technology or software sectors. Candidates with a technical or engineering background who are interested in developing a career in account management are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and support multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- An interest in the iGaming industry, casino operations, gaming platforms, or technology-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer success practices, or solutions-based selling would be an advantage.
- Experience with software or SaaS products, technical account management, or B2B client relationships would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket would be considered an asset.
