• Drive the overall vision, roadmap, and execution for Financial Health solutions and features in George, mainly focusing on business customers, but also serving private clients. The goal is to enhance financial insight, decision-making, and long-term wellbeing across customer segments which goes clearly beyond transactional banking

• Together with the Cluster PO and our partners in the banks of Erste Group create, shape and communicate the vision for this domain and drive a meaningful roadmap to create an impact in the most efficient and effective way

• Set product OKRs, monitor and drive progress towards them

• Collaborate on product scope and execution with various business and IT stakeholders from all the entities of Erste Group and George, including legal and compliance and our execution desk

• Take in customer feedback, product metrics and apply personal vision to proactively drive product improvements

• Drive the momentum that empowers your team to achieve the impossible

• Represent Financial Health in George internally and externally with a strong ability to convey the vision and buy-in stakeholders on all levels

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within a financial institution

• Experience in briefing, communicating and negotiating with senior stakeholders (up to C-Level) in a concise and factful manner

• Strong understanding of business fundamentals, particularly key financial metrics derived from balance sheets and strategies to improve them

• Curiosity and creative thinking to generate fresh, bold, and unexpected ideas

• Ability to visualize product ideas, ideally using Figma

Considered a plus:

• Experience in working with multi-national groups

• Experience with corporate clients, either through work as an advisor or consultant, or by having run a company yourself

• Speaking the language of any of the countries Erste Group is operating in

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 62.790,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
