People Support Specialist - German speaking
The People Support Solutions (PSS) department provides integrated HR solutions worldwide. As a People Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the People Portal, managing inquiries and lifecycle services for employees, managers, and retirees.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for P&C inquiries via chat, ticketing, and phone.
- Execute administrative activities and maintain system data for recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
- Deliver high-quality customer care by troubleshooting issues and anticipating stakeholder needs.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service interactions and identifying process gaps.
- Ensure operational excellence by meeting KPIs and SLAs while complying with data privacy and global guidelines.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and contribute to the evolution of SOPs.
- Collaborate across the network to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements
- University degree and 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or customer service.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center and ability to handle competing priorities.
- Proficiency in standard IT applications (Google Suite) and knowledge of Workday HR processes.
- Strong critical thinking, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build strong stakeholder relationships.
