Learning Technology Systems Analyst

As a Learning Technology Systems Analyst at Roche, you will serve as the global Product Owner for Learning Management technologies, specifically Cornerstone on Demand. You will be responsible for driving system strategy, managing the full lifecycle of learning platforms, and ensuring strict GxP compliance and data stewardship. Your role involves partnering with global teams to define product roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing the learning ecosystem to ensure seamless connectivity across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions.
• Direct system upgrades, replacements, and retirements while adhering to change management processes.
• Manage feature backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and define product vision.
• Ensure unwavering GxP compliance and data governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global learning, business, and IT departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, manage deviations, and oversee master data validation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology, specifically Cornerstone on Demand.
• Strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation in regulated environments (GMP, FDA, GxP).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Cornerstone administration skills, including dynamic group creation, Reporting 2.0 dashboard building, and system configuration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and mentor team members on new feature releases.
