Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a senior Solution Consultant focusing on China Everyday AI and Core Collaboration & Productivity Suite areas. You will independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams and a tech champion for AI toolsets. Key responsibilities include leading the M365 migration project, designing AI workflows using no-code/low-code platforms, mentoring junior analysts, and shaping team methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams for Everyday AI, Google, and M365 environments.
• Serve as the Solution Owner for China Everyday AI toolsets, orchestrating global offerings.
• Lead the analysis of business problems, perform root cause analysis, and deliver comprehensive requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations through rapid prototyping and deep business understanding.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of AI (Gemini, Copilot, Coze) and productivity suites to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years in life sciences or pharma.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams and navigating ambiguous requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and no-code/low-code workflow development.
• Strong technical proficiency in M365 and Google productivity suites.
• Ability to create technical proof of concepts and mockups for business validation.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management.
