Deine Aufgaben
As Fast Response Team Remote we handle the rapid resolution of IT incidents, software issues, and system problems for users. We prioritize critical tickets, coordinate solutions, and communicate with the relevant departments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for users of our IT services seeking technical assistance via phone or ticketing system
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and services, as well as pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
Dein Profil
- Completed education in the IT field (apprenticeship, HTL) or comparable qualification through several years of work in IT
- Good knowledge of identity and access management as well as IT processes
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a collegial team
- Customer-oriented and friendly appearance as well as a motivated basic attitude
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,183,60.
