Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst at Roche, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights that support strategic priorities in pharma commercial operations. Your role involves leading complex projects related to brand performance, patient journeys, forecasting, and marketing impact, while acting as a thought partner to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in pharma commercial operations, including brand performance tracking, disease market analysis, patient journeys, forecasting, and ROI assessment.
• Collaborate with therapy area managers and ecosystem leads to understand market dynamics and support data-driven strategies.
• Manage stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Create impactful presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and interns on analytics principles and the pharma domain.
• Maintain an enterprise mindset, focusing on outcomes that provide significant business and patient value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with 4-8 years of analytics or consulting experience (including 2-5 years in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare).
• Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations, specifically in sales, claims, patient, and forecasting analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with secondary data sets like IQVIA, LAAD Claims, and Veeva is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into persuasive business narratives.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
