Analytics and Insights Lead - Partnering

As the Analytics & Insights Business Partnering Lead, you will define the strategic direction for analytics within the Procurement Enablement chapter. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging data to drive decision-making, performance, and business impact across Global Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for analytics and insights aligned with Global Procurement objectives.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert in data strategy, visualization, and insight generation.
• Lead the development of scalable analytics products and frameworks.
• Influence senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making and improve data quality.
• Build and coach high-performing teams while fostering a data-driven culture.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree in business, analytics, or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, analytics, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Deep expertise in data visualization and insight generation.
• Category management and account management experience are advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
• Enterprise mindset with a focus on inclusive, collaborative leadership.
