Molecular Account Executive - Clinical MD

As a Molecular Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Roche’s molecular products and services. You will manage medium to large accounts, identify new business opportunities, and exceed sales objectives by building lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Your role involves developing strategic account plans, delivering compelling value propositions, and troubleshooting customer problems. You will also collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, conduct territory planning, and communicate competitive market information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant sales or equivalent experience.
• Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship, or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
