Account Manager
At Roche, we foster a culture of personal expression and genuine connection to advance healthcare. We are seeking an Account Manager to handle account management and product promotion within a designated area.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor sales performance for assigned accounts.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with local distributors and internal teams, including Service Engineers and Application Specialists, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote company products and services to end users.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Assist in yearly budgeting and complete additional projects as assigned.
- Conduct all business activities in full compliance with Roche's safety, security, and legal standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Clinical Diagnostics or a related scientific field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital diagnostics laboratory or equivalent industry sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
