Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze marketing funnel metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, AOV, retention) and translate data into actionable strategies that drive business growth.
- Customer Psychology: Investigate buyer motivations, objections, and messaging resonance through rigorous testing, data analysis, and structured thinking.
- Hypothesis Testing: Develop and validate growth hypotheses across audiences, offers, positioning, and channels by designing and evaluating targeted tests.
- Paid Acquisition Management: Optimize the paid marketing ecosystem - primarily Meta - by monitoring performance, shaping campaign strategy, and scaling budgets.
- Data-to-Creative Bridge: Collaborate with creative teams to transform performance insights into winning hooks, angles, and concepts.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze post-click elements like landing pages, product presentations, and conversion paths to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Insight Communication: Simplify complex data analyses into clear, strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends, challenge existing assumptions, and integrate best practices into the company (Holzkern).
Profile
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Enjoys working with numbers, identifying hidden patterns, and drawing logical conclusions even from incomplete data.
- Psychologically Curious: Fascinated by human behavior, specifically the motivations, objections, and psychological triggers behind customer decisions.
- Structured Problem Solver: Approaches challenges with logic and curiosity, using a systematic instinct to investigate, understand, and fix underperforming areas.
- Growth & Marketing Background: Possesses experience in fields like Performance/Growth Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or Conversion Optimization (prior experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is highly valuable).
- Agile Learner: Fast at mastering new tools, systems, and concepts when given ownership and responsibility.
- Clear Communicator: Able to articulate complex thinking clearly and present actionable, data-backed recommendations to drive decisions.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent English (C1)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience working with data and performance metrics
- Experience with performance marketing platforms is a strong advantage
