HR Controlling - Senior Position (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben

• Planning personnel costs in alignment with the Group's strategy
• Defining and monitoring KPIs, and supporting business units in achieving (HR) cost targets
• Regular reporting on personnel cost developments to top management and participation in strategically relevant projects
• Analyzing the current cost structure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders
• Continuously developing HR controlling, personnel cost management, and reporting processes (visualization and digitalization)
• Regular collaboration with departments such as Retail, Corporates, Risk Management, Controlling, HR Business Partners, and Top Management

Dein Profil

• Completed university degree with a focus on Controlling, Human Resources, Data Sciences or Business Law
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR Controlling or Payroll Accounting, ideally within the banking sector
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (CO and/or SAP HR); SAC and Tableau knowledge is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, commitment, and enjoyment of communicating with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,00 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
