How you create impact

• Manage global insurance programs end-to-end: design, placement, renewals, client servicing
• Shape and drive global employee benefits strategies including health, life, disability, pension, etc. aligned with business priorities
• Steer renewal negotiations with insurers and coordinate oversee policy implementation to achieve optimal coverage, financial efficiency and long-term partnerships
• Ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks aligned with local regulations and internal governance standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, partners and internal stakeholders across the organization
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, and support strategic projects
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including support to non-life global insurance programs where relevant
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through participation in key projects and transformation initiatives

What we would like you to bring

• Degree or professional qualification in insurance, finance, or similar
• Extensive experience in employee benefits broking or consulting, ideally with international exposure
• Strong knowledge of global employee benefits structures, international program management and market best practices
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a pro-active and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
