Staff Specialist Application and Product Marketing

As a Staff Specialist Application and Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success.
Your Role
As Staff Specialist Product Marketing, you will lead application business development and regional marketing strategy with cutting-edge MCU and sensor series of product such Radar, Environmental, Magnetic and Microphones.
- Lead application business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for MCU and sensors products in collaboration with Infineon sales and product lines
- Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focus on key applications and customers.
- Responsible for market analysis, competitors’ landscape and product gap. Capable to drive and present sensors opportunity pipeline to Infineon Executive.
- Coordinate with product line, sales and field application engineers on best practice to demonstrate Infineon value proposition and system solutions to drive adoptions and business growth.
- Create market study and model for relevant Infineon applications level2.
- Key member of regional marketing team developing new concept, innovation project influencing our application and product roadmap
Your Profile
- B.S./M.S. Electrical or equivalent experience
- 3 Year of experience in marketing and sales
- Strong understanding of system MCU and sensors architecture in the consumer/IoT application
- Good understanding of competitive landscape and key market player
- Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process
- Enjoy presenting Infineon offering to facilitated product selection.
- Strong sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges
- Solid interpersonal skill to interface with customers, present solution and work closely with Infineon Sales and product line
- Self-motivate to learn and take topics which may arise during the course of business activity
