Service Technician (m/f/d)
Production / Manufacturing / Service
As the Service & Repair Team at MED-EL, we are responsible for all repairs and maintenance of the external audio processors for our hearing solutions. We also offer technical support for product issues.
Your Tasks
- Failure analysis, repair, and measurement of service equipment
- Work under the microscope and according to detailed quality specifications
- Assistance in the preparation of statistics as well as failure analysis of consumable parts
- Contributions to product improvement
- Participation in the organization of the repair process, as well as ensuring the supply of spare parts
Your Profile
- Completed HTL or technical school with focus on electronics or electrical engineering
- Very good fine motor skills, soldering knowledge and practical soldering experience are and advantage
- High quality awareness and precise work ethic
- Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
