IT/OT Cybersecurity Engineer, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts and OT personnel.
• Act as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation and operation of our security solutions.
• Set up, configure and support cybersecurity solutions in IT- and OT- network environments
• Provide on-site customer support, respond to inquiries and conduct training sessions
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues and fostering innovation

What are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus.
• You’re solution-oriented, a clear communicator and bring strong technical expertise.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively.
• You work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team.
• You are self-organized, proactive, team-oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
• You communicate confidently in English.
• You enjoy travelling within Europe (up to 40% travel share)
