Hull Engineer - AVEVA (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Develop and modify 3D hull structures using AVEVA Marine / AVEVA Hull & Outfitting software.
• Create detailed structural models, including plates, stiffeners, girders, brackets, bulkheads, and decks.
• Prepare and manage 2D drawings such as shell expansion, structural plans, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with team members for Hull Design tasks.
• Ensure hull structure complies with classification society rules (ABS, DNV, LR, BV, etc.) and project standards.
• Participate in design reviews and resolve technical queries related to hull integrity.
• Ensure quality of completed work.

Your profile

• BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AVEVA Marine (Hull / Outfitting / Drafting modules).
• Strong understanding of ship structural design, plate modeling, and hull form development.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, structural detailing, and fabrication drawing generation.
• Familiarity with class society rules and shipbuilding standards.
• Experience with some related tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Tribon, Foran or NAPA is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish; knowledge of German will be an advantage
