Senior Finance Project Manager (m/f/d)

The Senior Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) - will perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives / VCPs, will report on a monthly basis financial results related to Service VCPs and will lead projects to simplify and automate service finance processes, will drive rigor and improve discipline around key service processes. • Perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives / value creation programs: calculate margin, EBITDA, payback period, NPV; challenge business assumptions and data inputs received from business case owners
• Support business case owners with preparation of project plans for business cases / initiatives with key actions items, owners, deadlines and tracking methodology
• Provide monthly reporting for Service business cases / initiatives / value creation programs to Services leadership team, Head of Service Finance and VP Controlling
• Support with SOX implementation for Service Order to Cash and Inventory cycles
• Coordinate review and update of accounting policies corresponding to Services in partnership with the Accounting Team
• Drive rigor and improve discipline around key service processes impacting financial reporting and / or preparation of financial statements / disclosures
• Interview key stakeholders, draw process maps for key service processes with risks and controls; assess wing-to-wing processes and identify weaknesses / gaps
• Come up with potential solutions for gaps identified; select and drive implementation of best possible solution(s)
• Coordinate the development of BI reports/dashboards to enable transparency, flexibility, sustainability, deeper analysis and efficient reporting solutions
• Actively participate in monthly service reviews with Services Leader, be able to concisely explain the main tasks/projects completed, key results / benefits achieved and define the next steps if/when required
• Liaise and collaborate with Operations and other Finance teams to solve complex accounting / service finance issues and implement sustainable working solutions

Dein Profil

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
• Extensive professional financial experience
• Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; clearly communicate complex financial information
• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong excel skills
