Internship Continuous Improvement

Under the guidance of the Production System Black Belt the Production System Intern supports the delivery of Kuehne+Nagel’s continuous improvement projects for our warehousing and production site of an Industrial client in Bergamo area.

Main responsibilities

• Supports to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities and projects with specific focus on new technologies and sustainability
• Analyses data for continuous improvement projects, develops and evaluates solutions and supports the following implementation phase
• Contributes to solutions that add value to customers’ business.
• Supports to implement and maintain operational standards as part of Kuehne+Nagel’s Excellence program.

Skills

• Master degree student or neo-graduate of Management Engineering, Industrial Enginnering or Mechanical Engineering or similar, focus on Supply Chain Management is regarded as a plus
• Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
• Is process driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS office tools
• Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
