Your Challenge
- Shape the success of our global product portfolio by ensuring thoughtful and effective lifecycle management across your product group.
- Turn insights into action: conduct market analyses and translate stakeholder input into clear, data‑based product decisions.
- Drive meaningful product improvements by coordinating and implementing upstream changes that enhance customer value.
- Be our trusted product expert, sharing your knowledge openly and supporting colleagues across the organization.
- Guide the business with clarity through regular, transparent reporting: spotting trends, recommending actionable next steps, and helping us continuously improve.
- Ensure accuracy of SAP workflows for finished goods and merchandise product.
Your Profile

- A higher education degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences (MBA or similar beneficial).
- Solid experience in product management, portfolio management, or strategic marketing with experience managing products through their lifecycle - ideally in a global healthcare or diagnostics environment.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence as well as familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics in healthcare/diagnostics (IVD, FDA).
- Understanding of SAP master data processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with sound decision-making.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 preferred); additional languages are an advantage.
