The Position
Roche Diagnostics Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer and Scrum Master to join the Computational Science & Informatics team. This role involves driving the full software development lifecycle while providing servant leadership to a development team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of software development, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance using C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
- Serve as a Scrum Master to facilitate team progress, resolve blockers, and foster Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan work packages and optimize workflows using AI-supporting tools.
- Review code and application designs to ensure technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with relevant certification (CSM or PSM I).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Git/GitHub.
- Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
