As an Operations Quality Specialist in our High Tech Solution Center (HSC), you will ensure that global freight forwarding procedures for high-demand customers meet agreed quality standards. You’ll maintain a clear operational overview, monitor compliance, and step in proactively before issues escalate. Your expertise will help deliver seamless service and protect customer trust.
How you create impact
- Monitor Global Operations: Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards across international freight forwarding activities
- Prevent Escalations: Identify potential disruptions early and coordinate corrective actions before they impact customers
- Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with global teams via air, sea, and road logistics to maintain operational excellence
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data, identify root causes, and implement process enhancements
- Ensure Transparency: Maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide clear visibility of service performance
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the go-to expert for process compliance and operational best practices
What we would like you to bring
- Solid background in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt processes to customer needs
- Familiarity with logistics systems and data management
- Proactive, structured approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
