Metadata & Terminologies Management - Data Platforms Delivery Expert
The Data Platforms Delivery Expert is responsible for the operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of services related to the Metadata & Terminologies Management Function. This role requires strong stakeholder relationship management, a service-oriented approach, and effective communication of deliverables, risks, and needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage, govern, and improve IT services, prioritizing consumer requirements and establishing KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day operational execution to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide expert consultancy on Service Management and ensure process compliance.
- Co-create external sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Oversee portfolio lifecycles, including goal definition, risk management, and financial stewardship.
- Perform people management duties, including resource assignment and onboarding.
- Design and execute release management strategies.
Required Capabilities and Competencies
- Proficiency in Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and Tableau.
- Experience in negotiating and implementing SLAs and Master Service Agreements.
- Demonstrated success in applying Core ITIL responsibilities and principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to validate data models.
- Lean mindset and ability to collaborate across functional boundaries.
- Fluency in English.
