What You’ll Bring

• Suitable candidates must have the right to work without the need for additional work permit or visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
• You’ve graduated within 2 years of your application, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2026, with a master’s degree.
• Your degree is relevant to the track you're applying to - for Business Track we’re looking for engineering, business management, marketing or similar. For Finance Track, we’re looking for a degree in finance, economics, or similar.
• You have at least 3 months of international experience - working, studying, or volunteering abroad.
• You have less than 2 years of full-time professional experience.
• Being multilingual is a benefit, however we do expect you to be willing to learn another language whilst on the programme and reach a proficient level by the end.
• You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with excellent communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen on intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad.
• For Business Track and Finance Option 1: you hold a full manual UK driving licence.
