Production Employee Implant Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Our hearing solutions, which are used worldwide, are manufactured in our Implant Production facility. Our team handcrafts high-precision medical devices in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Manual manufacturing of high-precision components for medical hearing implants in a cleanroom environment
• Performing delicate fine-motor assembly tasks, primarily using a microscope
• Working independently in accordance with work instructions and defined quality standards
• Carrying out measurement, testing, and inspection activities to ensure product quality
• Accurate and thorough data entry, as well as complete documentation of all manufacturing processes and production steps

Your Profile

• No special training and/or work experience required; career changers and entry-level employees are welcome
• Fine motor skills
• Technical interest as well as basic Computer/MS Office knowledge
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with an accurate, neat and tidy way of working
• Good written and spoken German required

Day duty (4.5-day week)
