Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will contribute your senior controlling expertise to support financial steering, performance analysis and decision‑making within an international industrial organization.

  • Act as a senior finance and controlling professional supporting business stakeholders in an international industrial organization
  • Provide financial analysis, interpretation and guidance to support management and business decisions
  • Analyze financial performance, cost structures and operational drivers, ensuring transparency and a clear understanding of deviations
  • Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring data quality, consistency and realistic assumptions
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses and decision‑relevant insights for senior stakeholders
  • Monitor financial KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and proactively highlight relevant implications
  • Support cost awareness and performance improvement initiatives through structured analysis and business-oriented recommendations
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards and financial methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other finance functions, ensuring alignment and transparency across interfaces
  • Support finance-related projects and ad-hoc analyses in a dynamic and growing environment

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Expert level understanding of accounting concepts, focus on manufacturing and industrial environments
  • Insistence on high standards in all aspects
  • Excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data. Business Intelligence skills advantageous
  • Fluent English, German advantageous
  • Flexible, proactive learner with a clear, problem-solving mindset who consistently meets deadlines.
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
