About the Team
The Customer Support Business Development team delivers end-to-end aftersales solutions, campaigns, and vehicle accessories initiatives to strengthen customer retention. The team also enhances the service experience through digitalization.

What awaits you?

• Support multiple business workstreams through performance monitoring, campaign reporting, closing activities, and market research.
• Prepare clear, stakeholder-ready reports on customer satisfaction, campaigns, incentives, and sales funnels.
• Coordinate ad hoc operational activities, including campaign support, events, and cross-functional communication.
• Organize office storage and handle materials and promotional kits as required.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Native-level Korean and fluent business-level English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Strong interest in the aftersales business and automotive industry.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to analytical and hands-on tasks.
