Accounts Receivable & Treasury Analyst
As an Accounts Receivable & Treasury Analyst, you play a key role in performing the day-to-day activities for AR & Treasury matters according to the highest standards of financial control, compliance and effective practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing Account receivable, treasury and inter-company tasks as per Service Level Agreements.
- Processing cash application and remittance reconciliation accurately and within specific timescales, including managing unallocated and unidentified receipts.
- Performing credit analysis on customers according to company policy, reviewing credit risk, and making credit limit recommendations.
- Ensuring customers pay within agreed terms and conducting collection activities when necessary.
- Ensuring work documentation meets Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR) standards, group policies, and local legal requirements, while supporting continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or other accounting functions.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required to support counterparts in Japan.
