Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is seeking an Information Architect to join their global team. The role involves understanding business processes and information objects to design efficient information flows and standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and data engineers to ensure consistency, reusability, and simplicity across information landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the comprehensive information landscape and streamline information flows for MRHub.
• Establish and enforce critical standards and governance for information objects.
• Drive quality assurance through periodic reviews of compliance and integrity.
• Provide strategic leadership on information modeling to project and operational teams.
• Identify and organize complex information requirements to ensure traceability.
• Support the remediation of sub-optimal data flows to enhance system efficiency.
• Maintain architectural accuracy in conceptual designs and automated flows.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to document governance and master data standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex data science and information architecture projects.
• Proven track record of influencing high-level strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide data science frameworks and information lifecycles.
• Deep technical proficiency in Python and R, with experience in Git version control.
• Comprehensive expertise in cloud-native database management and serverless architectures (AWS, Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Strong background in data infrastructure, lifecycle management, and scaling high-performance backend services.
• Relevant advanced degree.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Snowflake, Jira, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
