Product Environmental Lead
As a Product Environmental Lead, you will be a key member of our team in China, responsible for ensuring compliance with product environmental regulations to support the successful market launch of Roche Diagnostics products. This role requires a blend of product stewardship, regulatory affairs, EH&S data management, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product stewardship activities, including assessments and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in the Chinese market.
- Lead process improvements for product stewardship and mQMS.
- Validate EH&S and product-related data in alignment with global and local standards.
- Oversee re-assembly compliance, labeling, and local sourcing for localized products.
- Lead change management for product environmental regulations and support new product development transfers.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in product stewardship, R&D, or engineering.
- Full fluency in Chinese and English.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Foundational understanding of the environmental product regulation landscape.
