Compulsory Internship Operational Excellence (d/f/m) - Start July 2026

About this Position

Would you like to gain a comprehensive cross-category perspective on Consumer Goods marketing? Welcome to the EU Operational Excellence Team. Within this internship you will gain in-dept insights on how Marketing Strategies get supported, shaped and evaluated. At the same time, you get to contribute to preparing the future, while dealing with the complexities of Henkel Consumer Brands across 30+ European markets.

Aufgaben

What you´ll do

• Contribute in shaping the European Data & Operational Excellence
• Support the regional EU marketing team during the implementation of Marketing (data) projects and processes and the EU portfolio transformation with regards to the upcoming EU Regulations
• Creation of data & reporting files, strategy materials, and presentations
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and monitoring of marketing and portfolio related data
• Close collaboration with the EU as well as international brand and functional teams, our country organizations, and corporate functions

Anforderungen

What makes you a good fit

• Active student of business administration, ideally with focus on Marketing / Product Management / Business Informatics
• Very good English proficiency
• Advanced MS Excel (ideal with Macros and Visual Basic), Office Suite, and Powerpoint skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High organisational skills, independent way of working and resilience also during busy working phases
• Proactive hands-on work attitude and very good analytical understanding
