The Supply and Demand Planner is responsible for managing topics within their assigned product line and focusing on continuous improvement. It will focus on driving cost and service optimization within the product line. The role involves implementing Strategic Supply Chain Management and lean principles to support Hilti’s goals for sustainable and profitable growth.
What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree, required; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu
- Two (2) years' experience in a supply chain environment, required
- Professional logistics certifications highly preferred, including: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, APICS, Institute for Supply Chain Management, ASQ, Gemba Academy
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence business decisions with strong Entrepreneurial Business Partner (EBP) behaviours
- Strong ability to lead and drive change via influence without direct control
- Proven knowledge of SAP Inventory and ERP modules
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Hilti products
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and making recommendations
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), including the ability to communicate throughout multiple levels of the organization
- Detail oriented, excellent follow-up and organizational skills, required
- Demonstrated ability to work with ERP systems including DRP/MRP and Inventory modules
