Shameful Employer
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Suddenly fire employees who were in the company for years and were ok in yearly evaluations without any warning or criticism or even allowing them to defend themselves. Betriebsrat also does not help. I proved the BR for the incorrect information that was given to the HR by my team lead but they didn’t stop the fire process anyway. Meanwhile I was sometimes insulted by colleagues from other teams and once I realized my salary was less than some other colleagues with less qualifications. Shameful
